My Heart Behind The Blog

Thank you for visiting my blog!! I’m truly so happy you’re here. Grab a cup of coffee and stay a while:)

I created this space as a way to document my journey through motherhood, as well as lots of fun things like pictures of my girls, birthday parties, things I’m currently loving and want to share, recipes, house projects, and more. What you see on this blog is just a very small glimpse into my life. There is much more going on beneath the surface, and I hope you always know that this is my “highlight reel”, and not an accurate picture of what my life looks like. The messy house, the never ending laundry piles, the piles of dirt and sticky floors, the fighting kids, the tears i cry because i just feel so darn lonely sometimes.. that’s real. And i normally don’t share those things for the world to see, because i’d prefer to keep them hidden. (i’m working on that). The things we see on Facebook, Instagram, blogs… they all make us feel like we are the only ones with messy lives. I am 110% guilty of it too. and i just wanted to make sure that you knew that, that my life is messy and hard and NOT perfect, and also incredibly beautiful and blessed too.

My hope is that you would find inspiration here and always leave feeling encouraged.
My heart is that I would always point you back to Jesus and glorify Him in all that I do and share.

My 3 little girls are my everything; my heartbeat and my entire life.. and somewhere along the way, it almost feels like i have lost myself and now i’m struggling to find my identity and my purpose in life. For the past 10 years, my whole existence and everything i have done has been be a mom and now sometimes I don’t really know who I am outside of that. I know that the Lord has a calling on my life and i am just trying to find it, one day and one project at a time:) Thank you so much for following along and being on this journey with me.
